Who processes your data
This policy applies to nix-hibiscus.ru, the hibiscus collection website of Tatyana Nikolaenko, Krasnodar. For questions about your data, contact orders_nixhibiscus@mail.ru.
Data and purposes
Your email address is required to create and access your account, send a sign-in code, save your basket, process your orders and respond to you. Your name, city and order comments are optional. We also store the items, quantities, prices and status history of your orders. Please do not include sensitive personal information in comments.
How the website works
Necessary cookies maintain secure account sessions and remember your language choice. Your browser stores a guest basket until you sign in. Your IP address and technical request information help protect the website. The default language is selected using a country database held on our server; your IP address is not sent to a geolocation service. You can change the language at any time. The website has no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
Grounds and recipients
Data is processed to provide the account and fulfil your order, to meet applicable legal obligations and, where required, with your consent. Orders are visible to the site administrator. Hosting and email providers process the information necessary to operate the website and deliver service emails. If a delivery service needs recipient details, they are agreed separately with you. Your data is not published in the gallery or sold for advertising.
Storage and protection
Data is stored only for as long as needed for the stated purposes or applicable retention duties. Access is restricted, connections use HTTPS, sign-in codes expire and backups are protected from public access. Requests to correct or delete data are handled by the site owner; information subject to a lawful retention duty may be retained for that period.
Your requests
You may ask what data is held about you, request correction, restriction or deletion, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email orders_nixhibiscus@mail.ru from your account address and describe your request. Identity may need to be verified to protect your information. Withdrawing consent or deleting account data may prevent further account access or completion of an order. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.
